Home repairs for Anna Wood
Hello Friends and Family,I am trying to raise money for Anna Wood for repairs on her home. Anna has a special please in my heart. I grew up in and out of foster care. Anna and her husband Jimmy were the only foster family that loved me and care for me in a special way. I learned so much from them and my time there. They showed more love to a child that was broken , lost and told she was unlovable. They were hard working and always involved with Church and music. I have always stayed in touch with them as I grew up. Jimmy became very sick and Anna was the only one working and was Jimmy's care giver over the last few years . He passed away also a year ago . She is now dealing with little money and a house with many issues. The family and I are wanting to help out and repairs items in the house that are a safety issue. Anna is 78 year old, and can fall easy. She has survived 3 heart attacks and open heart surgery. She is still working part time. Anna is still the most giving person I know. She deserves the world , and less stress. The family and I have been doing most of the work, but we are now in need for a handy man. I have gotten a quote from our handy man and he is even taken off labor and cost of the floors in the bathroom. Below is a list of what the money is going to. Please find in your heart to help. Anything helps. We are hoping to start after Christmas .
