Home repairs after tornado

Hi, my name is Jessi and I’m trying to help my mom Tammy Lancaster. A week ago a tornado hit her home and tore it apart. She lost her car port and some damages to her roof. HOA has only gave her a very small window to get all repairs fixed. She has got some estimates on repairs and they are ranging from 14,000-16,000. Asking for any help possible! Thank you.
