Home Purchase for Fatima

Hi, my name is Fatima. I am currently in a financial bind. I have raised 5 kids as a single mother and I'm known to be a hard worker with a big heart. I have a full time job as well as a baking business on the side. I try to help those who are in need. I was raising 3 grandkids and because of this I began to search for a home with larger space. I was initially reapproved for the "Hometown Hero Loan", I even had a home under contract. Without warning the hometown hero loan ran out of funding and now I'm forced to cover the closing cost. I was not prepared to cover the closing cost since hometown hero loan covers all but 1.5% of the closing cost.

The seller of the home is patient with me and allowed me to keep the home under contract. I am working extra hours to gather funds by October 20, 2023, my closing date. I am grateful for any financial help I can get.
