LaYon was an amazing soul, who touched the lives of everyone around him, near and far. LaYon, a young man full of life, built strong bonds with family, friends, teachers, and mentors. Their love and compassion, especially from his peers has helped him face the challenges and hardships of everyday life.
Although LaYon has endured two open heart surgeries, respiratory repair and lung removal, he continued to fight on and put his best foot forward. LaYon was diagnosed with Down Syndrome and never let that stop him from being the person who we all truly loved and adored.
He made his grand entrance on August 11, 2006 in Chicago, Illinois and on March 3, 2018 in Newburgh, New York, he has joined the angels in heaven.
We humbly ask for donations to withstand the cost for funeral and traveling expenses in order to give him a proper burial. Thank you for your support and love during this difficult time.
