For Kalmaya and The Leprosy Mission

Donation protected
In October I arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal for two very good reasons.

I will be spending the day with the doctors and nurses at The Leprosy Mission Hospital and I want to donate at least £500.00 to help them continue their work.

Paul has been three times since the earthquake and I would like to see for myself the work going on here - this compelling video tells some of the story...

I will also be going to Thangpalkot1 in Nepal where Paul along with his team have been re-building a village way up in the mountains.

I wanted to help this beautiful lady Kalmaya.

She has 2 sons and a daughter.

As with the rest of the families in this village she lost her home in the earthquakes back in April 2015 and apart from the Campbells Foundation nobody has given any help.

Kalmaya has been busy cracking stones to create hardcore.  She is also collecting sand from the river which is an hour away and will be getting help from her eldest son and neighbours.

She creates her own income from her goats and helping others around the village but without our extra funding it will take her years to save and from what Paul tells me this is unlikely to happen - I want to provide the foundation with £1600 and the team will arrange to help her re-build her home.

You can see the latest pictures and videos by clicking here.

I'm really looking forward to meeting her and having a cup of tea.

Thank you for helping me.
