Home Flooding

My House in TX. This is the only picture that I have so far and not able to get to the house to determine exactly how much water was in the house. My house is a couple up from this one on my street and by the picture is going to be a really bad ordeal. As most of you know  I am not one to ask for help but this time i am need because all of my tools and equipment was on the first floor that i will need to repair the damage along with the actual materials to get the house fixed. Any help you can give me would be appreciated and I will do my best to repay each and ever penny that is given.
