<div><strong>What Happened:</strong> On September, 27th, 2024, Hurricane Helene dropped 20" of rain on Boone NC, in Western North Carolina. A large 8' tree root slid down the mountain behind the house and slammed into the back corner, twisting it 15°, and pushing it off the foundation about 30'. It is sliding down the hill. No Landslide Insurance!
