Holy Innocents School Kindergarten

Holy Innocents Catholic School in Long Beach, California is currently transitioning to a Catholic Liberal Education model (classical education). We are looking for benefactors to help purchase materials for the classroom to make the transition. This mission of raising funds is particularly vital for Kindergarten due to our additional mission of transforming part of our classroom into an "Atrium," which is necessary to incorporate the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program. The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program is a hands-on, Montessori based religion supplement which allows students to meditate on the mysteries of our faith in a contemplative, yet age appropriate manner. 

We will use funds to purchase/make materials, i.e. a new carpet, Montessori style mats, practical life work materials, books, classical art work, shelves, plants, manipulatives, wooden puzzles, craft materials, various wooden materials for catechetical works/furniture, and program training for catechists.  

We will also provide a letter for your taxes upon request from our school.
