Many people have been asking how to help my sister Holly Ingham and her husband Tom Bowles who are living in Puerto Rico.
The situation in their area of Aquadilla located in the northwest part of the island is extremely dire.
They have no access to money and very little access to food and water. Availability of food at the store is being rationed per person. They are able to get small amounts of propane and gasoline.
Purchasing any of these necessities is by cash only. Debit and credit cards are not accepted currently.
To send supplies such as batteries and food items cost 4-5X the purchase price of the items.
I have a means of getting the money to my sister and this is what she has requested.
