Holly's Heart Attack Rehab

On 12/4/2017 out of nowhere my wife Holly suffered a heart attack. She survived, though a stent was placed in her heart. My wish was to never have to ask anyone for anything but this is the situation we are in.
The insurance she has through her work is a high deductible plan and requires 5K out of pocket before they cover anything. On 1/12/18 the hospital confirmed cardiac rehabilitation is not covered until the deductible is met. Out of pocket it's $270 a session, twice a week, which is almost our full income for the month. This is why we cannot afford it.
Our savings were depleted between the combination of paying the 2017 deductible after we suffered a miscarriage in April and the ensuing hospital/medical bills. As she me of you may remember she also went through a shattered ankle and lower spine in 2016. They say things change me in threes so we're hoping this is the last for a good long time! (I'm explaining this for those who wonder why we don't have 5K or more in savings laying around. Sometimes a storm of stuff comes close together and drains everything.)
BUT she HAS to get into cardiac rehabilitation. And we need help to make it happen.
I am very humbly asking everyone who can to please donate to help get Miss Holly in rehab so she can get back to health and a normal life. Thank you and bless you all. Hick'ry.
