Holly NEEDs Answers

On Thursday December 12, 2019 Holly was sent to the hospital by her doctor after getting test results back concerning her liver. At first it was thought she had a blockage in her gall bladder resulting in a back up causing her liver to be compromised. Upon her stay in the hospital it was found out she was in liver failure and her kidneys and pancreas had been compromised as well.  They found a cyst on her kidneys, spots on her liver, and a mass on her pancreas. Kent General wanted to have her transferred to a hospital in Pennsylvania for a liver biopsy, but due to her not having insurance, the hospital would not take her. Kent General did not do a liver biopsy while she was admitted so we still do not have any answers as to what is going on with her. With her not having insurance, doctors visits are cash up front. She has been out of work for the last three weeks due to all of these issues.

If there is any way you can help it would be greatly appreciated. Holly was very reluctant to want to accept help, but we are all very concerned for her and want her to get the care she deserves.
