Holly & Bozai

For those of you who have been following Holly Holly on FB, you know the story of Bozai becoming deathly ill over the last few days.  I will try and tell the story from the start the best I can.  

Back in June Bozai swallowed a very small dog toy.  He was taken for many x-rays which failed to show the toy.  As the weeks went by, his health was never the same and he would be vomiting and Holly took him back into the vet's office for yet more x-rays.  She knew something was up with him.  As time passed he became sicker and had numerous trips to the vet and thousands of dollars to get more investigative tests done.  An ultrasound was never suggested until last weekend when his health took a nose dive and he became critically ill.  Holly took him to Canada West where an ultra sound was done.  A toy was found creating a blockage.   His health deteriorated into a life and death situation.  Due to the blockage - by the toy - it caused extreme distress to his liver and pancreas.  He had surgery today and had the toy removed.  Holly's medical bills will have surpassed the
$20 000 mark since all of this began.  As a dedicated pet owner she of course is doing everything possible to give her boy the best possible chance at life.  I am praying that Bozai will have a full recovery.  His health is still very, very critical.  

I am asking for friends of Holly and Bozai to consider throwing a few bucks her way to help alleviate at least the stress of the financial aspect of this devastating story.  As well, if you could share this to as many people as possible.  

Hopefully Holly won't be too upset with me doing this page.  I will give updates as I receive them. I would like to thank  each and everyone of you who can share this or donate.
