Holistic Support for those with Cancer

Hi, my name is Kim. I've spent decades volunteering, teaching, and working in nonprofit agencies - I'm a helper and I love to give. Then....WOAH, Cancer hit! When I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year (2019) I felt like I was standing in the center of a raging tornado. Now that I have been managing my chronic disease for some time, I want to return to giving and helping others. As a psychologist, I know that for those facing a cancer diagnosis, emotional support is key - that's exactly how I want to help. Please help me to help others.
With your support, I will be able to continue offering free gentle yoga and various forms of meditation classes to those in need, both online and in-person at my two California offices. These offerings help reduce stress and relieve anxiety which are so common among those dealing with cancer.  The funding I receive here will not only help offset my own cancer treatment bills, but will allow me to work for free, therefore offering others with cancer access to yoga, mediation, and emotional support at no charge.
