Holistic reasearch vessel "FFHARRY"

~ALL DONORS WILL GET A HANDRAWN POSTCARD OF FFHARRY~ We are raising money for our new ship and also the upgrade of the holistic research wessel FFHARRY. After a long summer in cultural research and showmaking on the inland Swedish waters; as a combined pirateship, supermarket, and rescue patrol for all the thousands of canoists that have been visiting the lake Stora Le. We have been trying to earn money to afford the waterlocks out to the open seas. We Are in dire need of some assistance! First of all, Harry needs some light changes and of some wooden parts and new anodes, or the motor will end up in a big pile of rust! The ship also need a stroke of paint and a simple motorfix. But Harry is in great shape and is very sailable. This is to make sure That this wooden Boat from 1981 will live on for many years to come. Estimated cost is det to about 20000 kroner or about 2000 Euro. Then, after the ship have gone through a light makeover, we'll either pass it on to some souls who are interested, or sell it, then buy a bigger, used motorsailer. We have already found this ship and this is the first part of the money we need to raise. We Are to pick up the ship right North of Stockholm in just under four weeks. The ship costs 40000 kroner, about 4000 Euro - and is å beautifull old wooden sailer with the safety-features needed to sail the open water. It is also a ship with space for all of our crewmates. As of now it's only beds for the two captains aboard! Not really practicle when the crew varies between 4 and 6. As the temperature sinks it is not very Nice for the crew to sleep on land in tents. We need to upgrade. The intentions for "FFHARRY II" will be to reach the mediterrean sea via the european canals, before winter comes at bay. We hope to spread happiness and love with true pirate-shows and our up-and-coming FoxenFestival outside Lübeck in Germany. We also hope to raise a little money through this campain for this meetup that we are planning to make happen within the end of the year. What we really need is 40.000 for the ship we somehow will have to get in a few weeks and then the money to take care of our old. Any eccess cash will go to making sure the new ship is safe and have all features needed for safe sailing and to arrange the Foxen festival.
