Holistic Healing for Depression and Severe Anxiety

Donation protected
My name is Taylor Arlington-Davis, and I am from Lancaster, California San Jose, California. I am currently a rising sophomore at Oakwood University, where I major in Elementary Education, as I aspire to be a teacher.

A huge part of my story is that I suffer from major depression, severe anxiety attacks, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other mental health problems. I come from a broken home and have been struggling with mental health issues for a long time.

Growing up, I have always been an excellent student, and I have tried to seek the help I needed from grade school to university.  Unfortunately, the help that I was receiving did not end up working out. However, 3 years after joining the Seventh-Day Adventist Church my life beliefs have changed drastically! I was not raised up in the Seventh-Day Adventist church, so I was not aware of the mental health services that were available within the church, specifically through their Depression Recovery Program.

To raise awareness of their services, I  decided to make a GoFundMe account to reach out to others who may be willing to help me raise funds to pay for the Depression Recovery program located at Wildwood Lifestyle Center.  Participating in the program would not only greatly improve my mental health through the holistic treatment, counseling and other services, but it would allow me to be a living testimony for other people who are facing the same problems that I have been dealing with.

The program  entails:

Personal counseling sessions, group counseling sessions, Lab tests to check for deficiencies, Detoxification, Nutritional for mental health wellness, Daily exercise, Hot and Cold Hydrotherapy, Room and board included, and helps patients incorporate the 8 laws of health into their daily lives. More information about the program and what you will be donating to can be found on the Wildwood Lifestyle Center Website which is: https://wildwoodhealth.com/programs/depression-recovery/

Another reason I want to go to the Depression  Recovery  program at Wildwood above other programs out there is because it is a Seventh-Day Adventist faith-based program that matches up with my beliefs within the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

I hope that the information is helpful and that you would be willing to give towards my cause. One thing that I do ask is to please keep me in your prayers and give as Holy Spirit leads.

Thank you so much for for whatever help that everyone is willing to provide! Blessings!
