Helping Johnny

On December 24, 2020, my mother-in-law, Shirley Phillips Hoskins, passed away tragically. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. Always helping anyone she could. We drove each other crazy like most mother-in-laws and daughter-in-laws, but at the end of the day, we always knew we loved one another and would be there in an instant to help each other. She was my daughter’s person. Her rock. As she was to many.

Many people have asked me to create a Go Fund Me page to help with costs of everything, rather than sending flowers or gifts. 

Shirley had no life insurance or burial insurance. While we have received significant help towards funeral costs, this Go Fund Me is set up more for my father-in-law, Johnny Hoskins, to help with every day costs. Help him get back on his feet. As well as to help with buying a headstone and other miscellaneous costs related to her passing. 

Not a penny of this will go for my benefit.This will ONLY be used to help my father-in-law with all these extra costs, and again, to help him get back on his feet financially after this devastating and unexpected loss. 

I understand not all can give or want to give. And that is fine. But I’m putting this here for those who do want to, who can, and who have asked me to.
