Assistance for Family of 9

I know this is outside of the normal appeals we post. However when asked to share this we could not refuse, I just kept thinking what if this happened to my family? Where would we turn in time of crisis? Who would help us?
We are seeking assistance on behalf of a family of nine. The family is in desperate need of help from the community for their rent, utilities, personal items and effects for the family and household goods. The family is pursuing all the avenues they can, but at this point assistance is needed from the community. They have tapped out all of their resources and can borrow no more, they have sold away furniture and personal items to gain income andand made every attempt at earning extra income. The family is known by me personally and I can verify all that is written above. Please continue to pray for this family who are remaining patient during this trying time, despite their circumstances.
Please also share this post and give what you can, no matter how small the donation. This is not a family who begs for their needs. They have striven and worked for all they have, given to others in times of need and unfortunate as it is, the tables have turned on then and now they are the ones in need.
The family does not qualify for public assistance currently. They have applied but were told that they will not be able to get assistance from unemployment or other assistance for at least 30-45 days at the end of their last check (no matter how small, due to the father being paid off at the beginning of the 2 week period) and they are in current desperate need, until they can reapply. They have past due utility bills and upcoming rent. The father always worked to provide for his family. The family has recently received news that the father's job has to let him go, so there only source of income is gone. This cuts deeply into the dignity of a man who has always provided for his family without help. They are searching alternatives, the mother and father are actively looking for other work available with but are competing with many applicants, especially during this time of year and season. Please don't let this family lose their home, be forced into homelessness and more debt.
It is becoming more difficult for them each day. The family wil owe $1300 in rent for next month, they have over $300 in electric bills and the landlord recently sprung an over $200 sewer/water bill on the family, that they originally agreed upon they were not supposed to pay. The family has only one vehicle and they cannot afford to try to sell it, as this is the only means they have to access jobs. The father recently received notice from IRS that his checks are now being garnished $165, which is taking away from already stretched and limited income. They also are worried about household basics and food, because they were living from paycheck to paycheck. They cannot afford to move because credit issues prevent the family from paying anything less than one months rent and double security deposit.
