<div>Hello! I’m Chris Chew and I’m the Commanding Officer of HMS Lancaster (Starboard Crew). A couple of nights ago the challenge was set to me by my Second in Command; that was challenge was to complete a full distance (Ironman distance) triathlon whilst at sea!

<div>Usually done on land (on a well designed course), I will instead be doing it on HMS Lancaster, whilst at sea (with temperatures reaching mid 40 degrees Celsius). This will include a 3.8km swim, 180km on a turbo trainer, followed by 42km around the upper deck (approximately 170 laps).
