HM FORCES mental health

Training to complete a British record for 60 minutes continual ski erg using the concept 2 ski erg machine. All funds raised will go to ssafa armed forces charity. 
Mental health is an on going issue which is unfortunately dealing with the suicide of both serving and former armed forces. 
Not only will the money help on going treatment and future treatment I hope that this will also raise awareness of the issues that many face alone and without help.
