أنا وفاء، طفلة تبلغ من العمر 9 سنوات من غزة، حيث الحرب والدمار سرقا مني طفولتي البريئة. أحلم بلحظة أتمكن فيها من اللعب على الأرجوحة وزيارة مدينة ألعاب، حلم بسيط لكنه بعيد جداً عن الواقع هنا. أنا وحيدة، لا إخوة لي، وعائلتي صغيرة تتكون مني ومن أمي وأبي. أرجو منكم أن تفتحوا لنا باب الأمل، تساعدونا على العيش في أمان وسلام بعيداً عن الخوف والمعاناة، لأن كل طفل يستحق أن يعيش طفولته بسعادة وأمان.

My name is Wafaa, a 9-year-old girl from Gaza, where war and destruction have stolen my innocent childhood. I dream of a moment when I can play on a swing and visit an amusement park—a simple dream but so far from reality here. I am an only child with no siblings, and my family is small, just me, my mother, and my father. I ask you to open the door of hope for us, to help us live in safety and peace, away from fear and suffering, because every child deserves to live their childhood with happiness and security.
