Van with wheelchair lift for Abby

Hi everyone this is my niece Abby. She was born with a 10% chance to live when she was born due to the OB's mistake which in turned caused brain damage. Against all odds this incredible little girl survived. She is soon to be 9 years old. My niece is incredibly tall for her age. It is a struggle for her mother to get her in and out of the vehicle the currently have. We have been to numerous charities and county agencies for help to get Abby a van with a mechanical wheel chair lift. Abby is in the hospital at least sometimes up to 3x's a month due to constant pneumonia. This last time her left lung collapsed. If anybody knows of anyone who could help this deserving little girl and her mother who is in and out of the hospital at least once a month with problems please let us know.
