Harlem Knights 2019!

Hello, we are the Harlem Knights! Recently, we have gone through massive changes due to the loss of our mentors and core members that have greatly hindered our yearly process. At the beginning of the year, Harlem Knights members feared that the team would cease to exist. However, this family, built upon 16 years of dedication, interrelations, and robots, would not let this all be taken away by such an unprecedented setback. Our members began to look for new ways to continue doing what we love, even if it meant moving the team to another location. Thankfully we were endowed with 3 new, willing, and capable coaches who allowed us to stay and continue our legacy at the Frederick Douglass Academy.

Our team is determined to return better than ever and you could help us prepare for the upcoming build and competition season. This year, our team will take on the FIRST Robotics Competition: Infinite Recharge and build a robot capable of protecting FIRST City from an impending asteroid attack; to do this we must pay for the costs of designing and building a robot, paying for regional registrations and other expenses accrued at regionals. You can be an integral part of our transformation as a team! 

Donations of any size are regarded as very important. When a donation is given, as a thanks for your support, names of our donors will be put on the many parts of our robot. With your help, we will be able to compete to the best of our ability in the FIRST Robotics Competitions.
