Eye surgery
Donation protected

As some of you might know, I had some very unexpected news a few days ago.
My vision was beginning to become a bit blurry in my right eye and I decided it was time to go to the eye doctor. I always go annually and never have had an issue before. Being as near sighted as I am, I found out at the doctors that I am super prone to having some tearing in my retinas. Unfortunately, by the time I got to the doctors, my retina was already detached. I needed surgery right then if I wanted to save my vision. The healing process that comes with this major surgery is one of the hardest things I’ve done. You have to stay face down for two weeks. This includes me needing special equipment to stay in this position for extended periods of time. With all of this being so sudden, it’s made planning impossible and has left me unable to work for at least three weeks for recovery.
I really appreciate the support and love from everyone who has been reaching out. Every small amount helps! xoxo
