HJL CHRISTMAS HOMELESS FUNDRAISER
We have decided to raffl e all the gifts that have come in and donate the proceedings to our local homeless community - The Light House on Pearse Street
To be in with a chance to win,all you need to do is contribute:
- If you donate €10.00 your name will be put in the hat once
- If you donate €50.00 your name will go in 6 times etc..
No Donation is too big or too small.
Closing Date: Monday 21st 10am.
ABOUT THE LIGHT HOUSE :
Located on Pearse Street, The Light House is open four days and three nights a week as a cafe and resource center for the homeless providing free hot meals, toiletries, clothing and advice in achieving "next steps".
We assist our homeless friends in the housing process, assessments to treatment, education, job training, life skills, while engaging in ways that build relationships and community.
During the Covid-19 health crisis, we are providing a daily takeaway hot meal parcel from 4-6 serving over 300 each day.
