my dads pulmonary test and medical bills hospital will not do anymore because of his insurance. he hand needs these tests please help!as COPD

my dad went in the ICU with phuenomia and he already had COPD at 57! the hospital will not do anymore tests since his insurance with the LSU health dept. had just ran out. They straight up told my dad they could not run a pulmonary test which is critical because he had no insurance. So r country will just let people die! Please help me and my Dad this money will help to do this and get him in az with me to help him. If anyone knows my relationship with my father is special. He showed me this wonderful life of skydivingf and freedom. Please help thx dusty and george smith
