Hitchhiking out of the Ashes

I've decided to go backpacking/hitchhiking for reasons involving mental health, emotional growth, intellectual discovery, and (creative) inspiration.

The only reason I'm here on this planet is to understand and contribute to the way we think. My name is Eris and I want to figure how people can be more intellectually humble (among other things) for a prettier world.

My own skepticism of self has cost me for years and this trip is about figuring out how to encourage skepticism of self while balancing faith in self and personal power.

I never thought I'd sound like such a hippie, but if you can contribute to my purchasing the supplies for my trip, it would help me persevere and contribute back to humanity.

Does that sound too grandiose?

Also, I want to do my work through research and *storytelling*. This trip will give me the kind of material I could use to tell some stories you may really enjoy.

It will help me enormously be equipped to have the adventure that I've wanted for years to have and now I know just how I can grow through the experience.
