Hit and Run Crash Fund

Last night I was involved in a hit and run accident as I was waiting to turn into my apartment complex. Another driver lost control of their car, ran through the turn lane divider cones, and took out the front right of my vehicle. He began driving off, which is when I began chasing him and eventually finding out he lived in the apartments around the corner from me. After driving in a circle trying to stop him at the front gate, a witness to the incident had also followed us and tried to stop him as well. He eventually managed to type in his gate code and went through the gates as we all sat next to my beat up car outside, and eventually had to call the cops. After not having worked for most of 2020 due to the pandemic, I only recently started at a consistent job. And was about to get reinsured with my upcoming paycheck, but the damages on top of my increased insurance rates are coming out extremely pricey. Anything would honestly help, even a share.
