Hisham alHashimi was assassinated in cold blood infront of his house because he was an advocate of free speech, a free Iraq from oppression and tyranny of extremism, for his moderate views in a world that hates moderation and loves extremism

Hisham leaves behind 4 young kids (3 boys and a little girl) and wife without any source of income to speak of.

Hisham's memory needs to live on, for that purpose, we set up this fund to help the family of Hisham, the sole receiver of the funds will be Hisham's wife SHAYMAA SAAD ALSAMMARRAIE and their children

I am delighted to report to all our generous donors that today 27th Aug. 2020 we have successfully deposited the sum of $54,000 into the account of late Hisham alHashimi's family account (his wife Shaymaa) and by that we conclude this fundraiser
