Hip Surgery for Casey

Casey needs a new hip.  Just that simple.  He has progressed from limping to using a cane to using a wheelchair and he is now not able to work.  He will only get worse without this corrective surgery.   If you know Casey, you know he would give you the shirt off of his back and anything you can do to help us towards this goal is very much appreciated.
