Hip needs repair

I am living my life on my bed, for the most part---staring up at the ceiling---my legs bent over pillows. I am dealing with agonizing pain. I have been in this position since May 23rd. I have been completely sidelined by this. I desperately need to get beyond it. My life truly hangs in the balance. What began as just a right hip injury has affected my whole body. I went from very active and vibrantly healthy to almost completely sedentary and dealing with a blood pressure that spikes. Because I have been using crutches and a cane to support my body weight, my back, shoulders and arms are killing me. Even my knees have become problematic. I have not been working (obviously) and to say that living like this is depressing is an understatement. Surgery is, apparently, not yet an option that any surgeon wants to take. "Why?" you ask. I have no arthritic changes. My hips were/are fundamentally healthy with the exception of tears. The doctors will exhaust conservative approaches first---painkillers and PT. While I could push the surgery issue, it would be preferable to approach this problem differently anyway. Painkillers and PT for cartilage that can never heal on its own are a waste of time and money. The more I have read, the more I understand how much risk and inevitable damage is incurred by any surgery---particularly something as invasive and as serious as hip surgery. I have educated myself on what are known as "stem cells"---read and read. Umbilical cord sourced cells placed intra-articularly are a very, very good bet. Science backs that up. It has been very recently FDA approved in the United States. I am now fairly convinced that these would be safe and effective. I have located a clinic in Portsmouth, New Hampshire that I have contacted. My goal is $10,000.
