Himalayan Ultra Marathon 2022

I am participating in the Himalayan Ultramarathon 2022 in Nepal on February 28th to raise funds in Aid TOUCH Foundation Limited. TOUCH Ireland's Focus is on supporting vulnerable children & Young adults in "Our World."

 

The ethos of TOUCH  is simple in that all children have a right to food, shelter,

medication and education.

 

TOUCH Ireland was launched in July 2003.  TOUCH is different to many other charities in that all the money raised for projects goes directly to the projects.

How often have you asked yourself when you donate to a charity how much of it goes to the actual project and

how much goes to administration or other costs. TOUCH Ireland pay no salaries and support running costs through individual sponsorship. This allows for all financial donations made by the general public and grants from other groups to go directly to these projects where they want the full benefit of their contributions.

All travel costs associated with this particular event have been self-funded, meaning all donations will go directly to TOUCH projects.

 

TOUCH has over 120 projects in Zambia, Cameroon, Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Brazil & Bangladesh.
