<div>In der Nacht vom 8. auf den 9. März ist bei SOS Animali in der Toskana ein Brand ausgebrochen. Das Feuer hat eine riesige Zerstörung verursacht und nur Schutt und Asche hinterlassen. Einige Hunde und Katzen verloren dabei ihr Leben. Wir, die Streunerhilfe Susi &amp; Strolch , unterstützen diese Tieroase seit vielen Jahren auf vielfältige Weise und bitten Euch in dieser großen Not um besondere Mithilfe, damit dieser tolle Zufluchtsort für Tiere erhalten bleibt und wieder aufgebaut werden kann.

<div>Helga Wallrath hat vor 23 Jahren mit ihrem Lebensgefährten Helmut angefangen ihr Ideal zu verfolgen. Ziel war und ist es, verschiedene Tierhäuser zu schaffen, die den unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen gerecht werden. In den Tierhäusern, die alle fussläufig zueinander erreichen sind, leben jeweils zwei Mitarbeiter:innen mit Katzen, Hunden, Ochsen, Pferden, Hühnern, Meerschweinchen und Hasen zusammen. Für jedes Tier ist Platz. Scheue Samtpfoten finden in einem eigens für sie gebauten Heim ein zu Hause und im "Altenheim" gehts eher etwas ruhiger zu. Ein Teil der Tiere hat aufgrund ihrer Einschränkungen und Gewohnheiten in der Tieroase ein zu Hause für immer gefunden, andere haben eine Chance verdient und suchen noch ihr zu Hause.
