<div>Trotz meiner gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen ist es mir wichtig, meinen Alltag möglichst eigenständig zu gestalten. Dafür benötige ich Unterstützung, insbesondere im Haushalt, bei Einkäufen und Arztbesuchen. Auch mein gestörter Wärmehaushalt durch die Krankheit führt zu erhöhten Energie- und Heizkosten, die mich finanziell belasten.

<div>Ich blicke auf über 33 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem festen und ungekündigten Arbeitsverhältnis bei meinem aktuellen Arbeitgeber zurück.

<div>Gesellschaftlich habe mich über 25 Jahre ehrenamtlich als Abteilungsleiter Fußball bei Germania Karlsruhe engagiert.

<div>Jetzt stehe ich vor der Herausforderung, meine Zeit bis zum Renteneintritt 2030 – oder je nach Gesundheitslage früher – zu finanzieren, da ich durch meine Erkrankung voraussichtlich nicht mehr in Vollzeit arbeiten kann.

<div>Aktuell beziehe ich Krankengeld, meine Situation danach ist bisher ungeklärt. Um meinen Alltag in einer passenden Umgebung bewältigen zu können, suche ich eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Raum Ettlingen/Karlsruhe, möglichst im Erdgeschoss und mit Waschmaschinen- sowie Trockneranschluss. Die Miete müsste im Rahmen der Übernahme durch das Sozialamt liegen.

<div>Zusätzlich sind Anpassungen an meiner aktuellen Dachgeschosswohnung notwendig, um die extremen Temperaturen im Sommer zu bewältigen: dazu zählen die Umrüstung der Rollläden auf elektrische Steuerung, ein mobiles Klimagerät sowie kleine bauliche Maßnahmen zur Abluftführung. Leider möchte mein Vermieter diese Kosten nicht übernehmen.

<div>Ich habe bereits Schritte unternommen, wie die Beantragung eines Schwerbehindertenausweises und eines Pflegegrades, sowie die Vereinbarung eines Beratungstermins bei der Sozialbehörde. Doch trotz aller Bemühungen stellt der Wegfall meines Erwerbseinkommens eine große finanzielle Herausforderung dar.

<div>Mit Ihrer Unterstützung könnte ich die nötigen Anpassungen vornehmen und die finanzielle Lücke bis zum Renteneintritt schließen. The rent should be within the scope of the takeover by the social welfare office.
