<div>ich muss mich heute leider an euch wenden, um mir und meiner Familie zu helfen, meinem Neffen Anas das Leben zu retten. Vor kurzem wurde bei Anas eine seltene und komplexe Herzkrankheit diagnostiziert, die dringend eine lebensrettende Operation erfordert. Anas lebt in Kabul, Afghanistan, wo die medizinische Versorgung leider nicht ausgestattet ist, eine solche Operation durchzuführen. Auch Versuche in Nachbarländern oder das Ersuchen bei Ärzten ohne Grenzen blieben aussichtslos. Hier in Deutschland ist eine solch komplexe Operation hingegen möglich und die Klinik für angeborene Herzfehler und Kinderkardiologie an der Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin hat uns einen Kostenvoranschlag für die notwendige Behandlung in Höhe von <strong>118.200 Euro</strong> zukommen lassen. Diese Summe ist für unsere Familie allein unmöglich aufzubringen, und wir bitten Euch dringend um Unterstützung.

<div>Anas wurde schon mit einem schweren Herzfehler geboren und bereits als Baby mit 8 Monaten operiert, seitdem kämpft er mit gesundheitlichen Problemen und wird häufig krank. Trotz allem ist Anas immer ein fröhlicher, sehr mutiger und lebensfroher Junge gewesen, doch nun hat sich sein Zustand dramatisch verschlechtert. Es wurde eine komplexe Form von Transposition der großen Arterien (TGA)diagnostiziert, welche eine Herzkatheter-Intervention, gefolgt von einer komplexen Korrektur der Transposition der großen Arterien benötigt. Ohne diese Operation hat Anas keine Chance auf ein Leben und leider drängt die Zeit bereits. Sollten wir es schaffen die benötigte Summe irgendwie zusammen zu bekommen, kann Anas zusammen mit seiner Mutter zeitnah zu mir nach Deutschland reisen, um hier operiert zu werden.

<div>Unfortunately, today I must reach out to you to ask for help in saving the life of my nephew, Anas, for myself and my family. Recently, Anas was diagnosed with a rare and complex heart condition that urgently requires a life-saving operation. Anas lives in Kabul, Afghanistan, where the medical system is not equipped to perform such an operation. Attempts in neighboring countries or through Doctors Without Borders have also been unsuccessful. However, here in Germany, such a complex operation is possible. The Clinic for Congenital Heart Defects and Pediatric Cardiology at Charité University Hospital in Berlin has provided us with an estimate of 118,200 Euros for the necessary treatment. This amount is impossible for our family to raise alone, and we are urgently asking for your support.

<div>Anas was born with a severe heart defect and underwent surgery as a baby at 8 months old. Since then, he has struggled with health issues and frequently falls ill. Despite everything, Anas has always been a cheerful, brave, and lively boy, but his condition has now worsened dramatically. He has been diagnosed with a complex form of Transposition of the Great Arteries (TGA), which requires a heart catheter intervention followed by a complex correction of the transposition of the great arteries. Without this surgery, Anas has no chance of survival, and unfortunately, time is running out. If we manage to raise the necessary sum, Anas and his mother can travel to Germany as soon as possible for the surgery.
