<div>Anfang der Woche hatte sie plötzlich Lähmungserscheinungen – der Verdacht lag auf einem Bandscheibenvorfall.

<div>Doch ihr Zustand verschlechterte sich weiter, bis endlich ein Blutbild gemacht wurde.

<div>Die Diagnose traf uns wie ein Schlag:

<div>➡️ Babesiose, eine gefährliche Infektionskrankheit, die unbehandelt schnell tödlich enden kann.

<div>Emba musste sofort in die Tierklinik gebracht werden.
</div>
<div>Dort wird sie nun stationär behandelt und benötigt eine Bluttransfusion, um eine Chance zu haben.

<div>Da Emba aufgrund ihres Alters keine Krankenversicherung mehr hat, sind die Tierarztkosten sehr hoch – doch aufgeben kommt für uns nicht infrage.
