Since the Corona- Crisis the Bedouin guides are out of work because no tourists come to the desert anymore. They all entirely rely on the tourist industry to make an income. Right now they can't feed their children and can't support their families.
They also struggle to rebuild the wells, gardens and houses they so urgently need in the desert.
They lack money for food, clothing, education for their children, construction materials and tools.
Will you help them?
They are used to a very simple life and they really don't ask for much. But this crisis is a big challenge for many of the Bedouin families.
I've known Saleh for 6 years now and we regularly used to offer Vision-Quest journeys and other desert trips together. Since Corona we've had to cancel them all.
Saleh has already owned and operated an association with which he has helped his people by selling their arts craft for them in the cities and by bringing home the money for them.
I personally know Saleh and his family and many of the other Bedouin guides we work with. They are all very humble and honest people and Saleh will make sure the money gets distributed equally among the villages.
May we all stand together in solidarity in during these special times.
Thank you so much!
