<div>Do you want to join Trinity and I in making a difference? We are hiking Mount Snowdon as a staff team to help raise awareness for BIRMINGHAM ASSOCIATION FOR MENTAL HEALTH (MIND) and every donation will help.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Birmingham Mind provides high quality services in a variety of settings and areas. They provide person centred support to enable people to be in control of their lives and to be able to fulfil their life as best as they can.
</div>
<div>They are by far the largest voluntary sector provider of mental health services within Birmingham and as a consequence have a vast amount of experience within the organisation.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>1 in 4 people suffer with some sort of mental health disorder whether it is anxiety, depression or bipolar and 1 in 10 people have suicidal thoughts. With your help we can help make a change/difference and help get support to people who need it.
</div>

</div>
<div>Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to a lot of people.
