High School Sports Coaches - book project

Donation protected
My book 30 Days with America's High School Coaches has moved from aspiration to reality. The manuscript is done!! (See a list of coaches featured, their sports, and their states, below).

I still need to raise $4,000 to get this project in print, however, and I need your help to get there. Why give? Because this book is already making a difference - 3 months before it's due to be published!!

Why contribute? Because this book is already having a profound impact:

  1. I've been interviewed by several organizations about the book. Most recently, I spoke with Play Like A Champion Today  on their podcast. (Listen here )
  2. I've accepted an invitation to join the Positive Coaching Alliance's Mid-Atlantic Leadership Council .
  3. I appeared on a panel about excellence in coaching as part of the Sports Philanthropy World Conference. Read about it here.
  4. The podcast I've launched to accompany the book - Time Out for Better Coaching - has scored interviews with such leading authorities as Jim Thompson, founder of the Positive Coaching Alliance; Eric Hyman, former athletic director at Texas A&M University; and Kristin Sheehan of Play Like A Champion Today. Catch all the episodes.
  5. We are planning launch events in California, Michigan, Tennessee, and Virginia
  6. And much more!!

Help this important work get printed, so that I continue the work of spotlighting and promoting the very best in high school coaching.
