High School Library Maker Space

Donation protected

The Fredericktown High School Library is opening a Maker Space for its students. Fredericktown High School is a small school of approximately 600 students. It is located in Southeast Missouri. We are limited in technology due to budget constraints.

The Maker Space will be a place for students to learn, create, and design. We need money for craft supplies, as well as technology for our students. We would like to purchase a number of new tech tools - including a Snowball microphone, Makey Makey, Ozobot, Lego Mindstorms, green screen, Recon, Cricut, VR glasses, Snap Circuits, and Cubelets.

The FHS Library feels it is important to provide our students with everything they need to be future driven learners. We feel the library should be a resource for future learning and thinking. The Maker Space would offer the opportunity to be innovative and creative and work interactively.

The Maker Space will open in August, and any donations would be extremely helpful.
