Hi, I'm Tater Tot.....Please help me

Hi, my name is Melissa, and I am trying to raise money for my new rescue dog Tater Tot. I had just adopted him about a month ago, and he came with hookworms and tapeworms. The rescue gave me a dewormer to treat him for the parasites, yet he continued to have diarrhea even after the medications were finished. On Saturday, he started vomiting and could not keep down water. He began having bloody diarrhea and vomit. He was in extreme pain, crying out when trying to move, pee or defecate. I took him to the emergency vet, who said he had an Intussusception. The doctor further explained that his intestines were all twisted, and nothing was able to pass through. He had to have emergency surgery, or he would die. My two kids and I have become very attached to him and have fallen in love with this sweet boy. The surgery cost was over $5,000, and I had to put this on care credit. The dr said it wouldn't be wrong to euthanize him, but I could never do that to the sweetest dog I've ever met. He's our family now and could never do such a thing. I am a single mom, and anything would help cover the surgery cost I could not afford.
