Jill’s Cancer Journey

I have been blessed to have Jill in my life for over 30 years now she is my best friend, aunt to my children, godmother to my daughter and godmother to my pending grandchild due this month. To say she plays an important role in my life is an understatement. She knows the good, bad and ugly about me and still loves me. No matter how many miles are between us we are always there for each other. I love you to the moon and back my friend.

Jill is a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, godmother, friend and teacher. Devoted to all and starting the greatest fight of her life. Recently diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer. The treatment is tough, aggressive and expensive. Survival from pancreatic cancer is low but Jill has the advantage that it has not spread to any other organs. Funds will be used to cover medical costs not covered by insurance as well as travel expenses to get to and from treatments. Every dollar helps us reach our goal, but prayers and encouraging words are fuel for the journey that giver her and her family the strength to keep fighting.
