Heating Assistance for Larry

Larry lives in a small town in South Georgia and owns three dogs, two are Scotties. He is retired, elderly, and on a severe fixed income. Larry's heat pump went out two years ago and it would take $2000.00 to fix the compressor and $3500.00 to replace the unit; money Larry did not and still does not have. Resources have been tried and failed to help Larry. He survived last winter by living in his bedroom and using a small space heater to keep warm.
