Cancer patient

My youngest sister Noemi Villegas is suffering from 3rd stage breast cancer. She has undergone chemo therapy several times. The doctor said that they can't perform mastectomy surgery until the inflammation subsides. Noe has open wounds under her armpit and  left breast,  she has been in and out of the hospital in the Philippines for cancer therapy. Just this month , she went to the ER 3 times due to profuse bleeding and now she is currently in the hospital under going several radiation process.  Her cancer cells did not react well to the first suggested chemo medication prescribed by the doctor.  After radiation treatments complete  the doctors say she needs stronger chemo medications which are more expensive than the previous one. In addition to chemo, Noe also receives Herceptin, to stop the cancer from spreading to other organs. This monthly treatment costs  88000 pesos .  In the Philippines we don't have medicare or medicaid that cover most of your bills.  All she has is Phil-Health  which only covers about 1/4 of her medical bills,  including hospitalization. Her hospital bills are soaring. Noemi has told us" just let me die" because she knows that we don't have enough money to finance her treatments and  she does not want us to stress. Being her eldest sister it breaks my heart to hear her say  this, I just feel so helpless. Go Fund Me is the only way I know that we can help. I knew there are a lot of good people out there willing to contribute and help people like Noemi. Nobody wants to see her sibling suffer, we just recently lost our mother due to kidney failure.
