Alex's National Leadership DC Trip

I have received an invitation  to participate in the National Youth Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C.  next July.  My nomination was based on national test scores, proven leadership capabilities, and exceptional classroom work.
 For one week, I will study Law and Crime Scene Investigation along with 300 other students from around the country.  The forum is hosted by George Mason University and endorsed by the American Mock Trial Association.
Past speakers include Supreme Court Justices and the Attorney General.  The week will culminate in a mock Supreme Court  trial.

I consider this an opportunity of a lifetime.  I believe this forum will be the beginning of nationwide recognition for myself and my community.

Unfortunately,  this opportunity does have an expected cost of $3,000. This will include tuition, air travel, and meals.  I am reaching out to family, friends and members of my community in the hope that they will be able to support my fundraising efforts for this trip.  Thank you for any support you might be able to provide.  Every donation counts. .
