Help a child who loses everything in the middle of a divorce.

Children do not ask for conflict.

They do not ask for tension.

And they certainly do not ask to lose the safe home they grew up in.
 
Yet it happens every single day.
 
A divorce turns their entire world upside down.

Parents are trying to survive — while children quietly and bravely try to adapt, even though their emotional processing often comes much later.
 
They deserve so much more than that.

• They deserve peace.

• Safety.

• A place where they can simply be children again.
 
The Little Village

A place to begin again
 
For almost three years now, I have been working toward one urgent goal: building The Little Village:

• 15 Tiny Houses for parents going through a divorce

• A warm communal home where parents and children can meet, support one another, and find space to breathe again

• A caretaker’s home for guidance and maintenance
 
This village is not just a place to live.

It is a community, a safe haven, a place to heal — especially for the children.
 
We are so close, but now I need your help

So far, I have already achieved:

✔ A bank willing to finance 70% of the project if it is built circularly and sustainably

✔ Volunteers and professionals who want to contribute and support the vision

✔ A fully developed concept

Why this project is so close to my heart.
 
My name is Alies, and I am a hairdresser and a mother.

Every day, I see how many children lose their joy because the foundation beneath them disappears.

One day I decided: this has to change.
 
That is how The Little Village was born.
 
Once completed, the project will be financially self-sustaining.

But the startup phase — building the homes, creating the community, permits, and preparations — requires significant funding.

Help een kind dat midden in een scheiding alles kwijtraakt 
 
Kinderen vragen niet om ruzie. 

Ze vragen niet om spanningen. 

En ze vragen zeker niet om hun veilige thuis te verliezen. 
 
Toch gebeurt het elke dag. 

Een scheiding zet hun hele wereld op zijn kop. 

Ouders zijn bezig te overleven — kinderen proberen stilletjes maar dapper mee te bewegen alleen hun verwerking komt pas later. 
 
Ze verdienen zoveel meer dan dat.

Het Kleine Dorp 

Een plek om opnieuw te beginnen 
 
De noodzaak, waar ik inmiddels al bijna 3 jaar aan werk, is het bouwen van Het Kleine Dorp:

<li>15 Tiny Houses voor ouders die door een scheiding gaan 
</li>
<li>Een warme gezamenlijke woning waar mensen en kinderen elkaar kunnen ontmoeten, steunen en tot adem komen 
</li>
<li>Een beheerderswoning voor begeleiding en onderhoud 
</li>
</ul> 
Dit dorp is geen gewone woonplek. 

Het is een gemeenschap, een veilige haven, een ruimte om te helen, vooral voor de kinderen. 
 
We zijn zó dichtbij, maar nu heb ik jouw hulp nodig 
 
Ik heb al bereikt:

✔ Een bank die voor 70% het project wil financieren als het circulair gebouwd wordt

Waarom dit project mijn hart raakt 

Ik ben Alies, kapster en moeder. 

Dagelijks zie ik hoeveel kinderen hun vrolijkheid verliezen omdat hun basis wegvalt. 

Op een dag besloot ik: dit moet anders. Zo ontstond Het Kleine Dorp. 
 
Het project kan zichzelf financieel bedruipen zodra het er staat. 

De opstartfase — het bouwen van de huizen, het opzetten van de gemeenschap, vergunningen en voorbereidingen — kost veel geld. Zonder jouw steun kan het niet van de grond komen.
