<div>It goes without saying that the support and generosity I’ve been show since I first started this process in March has been crazy beyond *anything I could ever have hoped to receive in my most desperate dreams – with 99.9999% of that money coming directly from friends old and new, friends of friends, acquaintances, peers and people I’ve not yet even been lucky enough to meet. To raise this much in under 10 months, purely from the kindness of every individual person is just insane. I owe each and every one of you my profound, life-long gratitude: thanks to you I am so so close to hitting my goal of 11.5K.

<div>Finally meeting this target, in addition to the money we raised from the D.o.d Ball in October, would mean that I’d be able cover the entirety of my remaining surgery costs (just under 1500 GBP) and a portion of my accommodation fees, (around 1200 GBP total) ~ with the rest put on a credit card and prayed about later. Anything in excess of that goal would go directly to paying off those accommodation costs before they inevitably tank my credit score lol ~x

<div>At the end of 2025 / early 2026, I’ll be undertaking FFS (facial feminisation surgery). Between changes in my personal circumstances, rent increases + the cost of living, my medical needs have begun to dramatically outpace what I can do alone: so I’m here to ask my community ~ &amp; even people I don’t even know {hello angels! x.x} ~ for the extra support that I desperately need.

<div>This surgery is an urgent medical necessity. I’m hesitant to really bare my heart about why I'm doing it for a lot of reasons (the girls get it) ~ but for anyone who might not know me I will say: I lived my teens and over half my twenties in a state of extreme strife that I hid from myself and everyone around me, and in less than two years I've changed more than I can really believe or understand. My life is filled with confidence, honesty, love for myself and the people around me, beyond any measure I could ever have imagined or understood. Painfully sincere but it's true. And so really this surgery is just the next expression of that love, self-compassion: my chance to truly look more like ~me.

<div>Ultimately though, I’m a working class doll from with no access to family money or generational wealth. The only funds I have coming to me are what I can earn through my own labour, and that which I can glean from the grace of the people around me ~ this literally can't happen without your support. So for anything you’re able to provide please know that I am grateful beyond words.

<div>I’ve yet to get a final quote from my surgeon, so some of these costs are estimated, (and I’ll revise the target if needed once I receive this), but currently meeting my £7,500 goal would provide for:

<li>This includes hospital accommodation fees, (<strong>2,600 eur </strong>for the stay) &amp; an est <strong>150-200 gbp</strong> in travel to/from Paris for me +1

<li>A buffer for 1 to 2 months of potential work/housing instability during recovery: covering essential costs like rent, bills + food (<strong>2000 gbp</strong>)
</li>
<li>`Anything leftover, if at all, would eventually go towards recurrent transition costs (laser, hormones etc) after surgery + beyond

<div>I’ve been raising £££ for this surgery since October last year {when the actual Herculean generosity of everyone at SET Social made Halloween Queer Prom happen &amp; <strong>we raised over 4k in a night</strong>! &lt;/33} ((about a grand of which has since been spent on appts for a private GI diagnosis, fml)) and so the goal of this gofundme is basically to make up the difference.

<div>Before anything, I would like to thank every single person who donated + shared it among their networks when I first launched this fundraiser a few months ago, and since. The unbelievable level of generosity; the speed at which the target was met; I couldn't believe it(!!) <div>~~This update is to let you all know that I finally got a quote from my surgeon last month, and it was higher than I predicted. My original target was based off of invoices I'd seen for other girls, <strong>but I undershot by about 4k. </strong>(The procedures I'm looking at extend the total surgery + post-operative recovery time: meaning the cost of my hospital stay and the anaesthesiologists fee increases in kind).

<div>My surgery date is set for <strong>February 24th</strong> <strong>2026</strong> (10 days after valentines &lt;/3) and so I've got until January 2026 ~<strong>8 months</strong>~ to make up the shortfall. I'm currently concocting a v special night for later in the year to support this new target; keep your eyes peeled ;') x
