He's ONLY 4 years old and he needs our help. I've advocated for this young horse for 3 years, back when I first saw him as a yearling tied to a bush under direct sunlight with no available shade . Some horses do okay like this here in Mexico, but cremellos are genetically predisposed to vision issues and skin cancer due to their pigmentation (diluted gene type). The owner has finally agreed to release him to me, but I need a little help on this one, please .

I've assessed him and it's going to take work... He has an area on his nose that appears to be abnormal cells (potentially precancerous or cancer), his teeth on the right upper side are in bad shape (possibly severe bit and/or extreme pressure to the teeth - unknown), his hooves are in very bad shape and will take a few months of trimming and care to improve. Right now, they are chipped and worn down - causing potentially lasting tendon and coffin bone issues if not addressed ASAP. He needs deworming and blood work. The list goes on and on. But at 4, if intervention and proper care is given, he has a good chance at living a normal lifespan. Other than needing a UV mask with a visor to protect his light-sensitive eyes (well, and of COURSE basic equine care), this horse has the potential to live a normal lifespan.

My goal is to raise enough money to get proper vet and farrier care - rehab him and rehome him if possible. My estimate is that this will take me 6 months to a year. Can you please help!! If all my FB friends just sent $20, I'd have enough to get this sweet boy turned around. I'm already personally providing care for 2 unridable rescues (Luke with vision and joint issues since rescued at 8 weeks old and now Matador that I recently adopted from a rescue that needed to downsize). I really need some financial help to give this horse the start he deserves. Thank you SO much in advance.
