Heroes For The Holidays 3

Ok Heroes! It’s that time of year where I call
on you to help out a single mom and her 10
year old daughter. This year has been tough on all of us and I often found myself thinking
about how difficult it must be for the families
that struggled to begin with.

Mom was lucky enough to be able to continue to report to work everyday during the
pandemic, bringing her daughter with her and getting her through the school day.

Heroes, I want you to know, our efforts to
point this family in the right direction are
working.  This is the 3rd year in a row that the child has started at the same school,
providing her with a stable source of
educational support that has helped her
bloom academically. When I started this
campaign 4 years ago the child had attended 4 different schools within a years time due to
unstable housing.

We have made a difference. 

Our gift of one month of rent (plus a little
extra for a few household staples) truly helps
this hardworking mother.  I appreciate all that have helped over the years and thank you in
advance for your continued generosity.
