Gyorgy Vigh Hero teacher

Sports teacher Gyorgy Vigh woke up believing it was going to be another normal day for him looking after the children he was accompanying on an educational trip to France.  In a heartbeat normal changed to catastrophic as the coach crashed and burst into flames leaving him to witness first-hand the horror of children being trapped and burning to death.  He was quick to asses that those children close to the fires epicentre could not be saved, amongst them were two of his own, this is a helplessness that no man should ever have to endure.

In that moment of unimaginable loss, this selfless man then summoned up a super human spirit driven by a love of life so strong that it shut down his own human instinct for self-preservation…. and he proceed to stare and walk into the bowels of the inferno to save lives…..all while suffering personal unthinkable emotional and physical loss as the fire started to rage on his own skin and being.

His selfless actions resulted in him sustaining life changing burns. Therefore the purpose of this “Gofundme” appeal is to raise money, so that Gyorgy can bury his children in peace without any financial worries, and to help him recover from his burns. Community spirit is the fabric of our society and it is us that must now help this amazing human being as these injuries will remove all the freedom he had before sustaining them.

Gyorgy Vigh has proven that the human spirit is indomitable and capable of summoning up an extraordinary strength that lies dormant within in all men until there is no choice but to perform for the good of others. When God needed an Angel Gyorgy's obliged without hesitation to fulfil do Gods work with no regard for his own life.

In today’s crazy world where common sense is no longer so common, teachers are often the unsung heroes of life as they work to help their students understand life. This is one teacher that has earned the right to be supported in his hour of need.  As human beings it is well established that we are at our happiest when we are helping others and doing so we find it is the true road to fulfilment. My name is Charlie Joseph, I am a father who has worked previously as a Paramedic.    

I have no connection to Mr Vigh, my motivation for wanting to help Mr Vigh comes from my empathy as a parent.   I have  attended incidents of this sort, as a Paramedic, and recognise the courage it took for Mr Vigh to do what he did. 

The money will be spent in helping Mr Vigh and his family meet the costs associated with burying his children and helping with his recovery. 

The Hungarian Embassy in London have been contacted to forward the money directy to the Vigh family and it will be requested that any cheque is made out to Mr Vigh, and will not go through any other parties.

A tűzben bennégettek között volt a tanár úr két gyermeke is. A tanár mindent félretéve mentette ki akiket lehetett, az égő buszból , a maga életét sem kímélve. Megtestesítette a valódi erőt. Angyalként állt egy kegyetlen csapás közepén. Önzetlenül segítve, maga is súlyos égési sérüléseket szenvedett, ezt a gyűjtést emiatt is indítottam el, gyermekei temetésére, és a felépülés idejére, a költségek fedezésére. A tanárok sokszor az élet valódi hősei, ő viszont valódi hős, aki megérdemli, hogy a szükségben mi is mellé álljunk. Ha van lehetőséged, te is csatlakozz, és kérlek oszd meg ezt a posztot.

So a few people have messaged me to ask who I am, and also to ask for proof I am a real person.  They have asked for a fuller bio and some photos.  

I am happy to do this as I understand that  if you are donating money to a campaign, you need to be confident the person behind it is real.   If anyone wants to know anything more then, just drop me a line on the page. 

Most of my life has been spent in public service, I served in the British Military but also in the French Foreign Legion.   Upon returning to the UK I worked in the London Ambulance Service, as  a Paramedic.   My love is martial arts and in my spare time I ran one of the UK’s top MMA fight gyms, taking fighters to fight, in both the K1 and UFC.  

I am a single parent with two of my children living with me, both of whom are now in the military.   

I have been faced with situations where courage and   strength were required to overcome a challenge.   I  consider myself a brave man, but not in the League of Gyorgy Vigh.  

I just want to say that one of the most decent men I have ever met, is a Hungarian called Jeno and having visited Hungary I know what a kind nation you are.      I stand with you not as an Englishman but as someone with a heavy Hungarian heart.

Bátornak tartom magam, de Vígh György túltesz rajtam azt hiszem. Annyit szeretnék mindenkinek üzenni, hogy a legkiválóbb embert, akit valaha is megismertem , Jenőnek hívják, magyar, és mivel jártam Magyarországon, így tudom, milyen kedves ország és nép a magyar.
