Hero Games 2021 Fund

@herogamescharity is an outstanding Non-Profit where they celebrate the lives of America’s fallen Special Operations Soldiers through a charity team event that finds your physical and mental limitations (basically Spartan race, but SF Inspired on steroids) This year they Honored SFC Antonio “Rod” Rodriguez. Even during times of COVID-19, was a major success!

Two weeks ago, we all managed to raise over $400, but before the end of year, lets get the group to $1,000! Repost, share, and tag @organicgrit so we can track, and we will donate $1 for every-time it's done. Simple. If you would like to donate to the Hero Games 2021 Fund, go to our Bio, click on the Link Tree and click on Hero Games Fund to donate. All donations will go to bringing the gold star families out to the event and running the event. Travel and food, will all be paid for the family and remaining given to the Gold Star Family as well.

SFC Antonio “Rod” Rodriguez was a giant amongst men.

Rod deployed 9 times with the 75th Ranger Regiment and once with 3rd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel. He passed on his last one in February 2020. Straight out of Basic Combat training he went on to complete AIT, Basic, Advanced and Senior Leader Courses; U.S. Army Airborne School; Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape School; Special Operations Language Course (Spanish); the Ranger Assessment and Selection Program and the U.S. Army Ranger School. He lived and breathed the lifestyle of the Army Ranger.

Through talking with Roni (@la_ronirod ) and his colleagues, Rod was one who was passionate about everything and anything he did. He understood his men around him and was always there in their times of need. He was someone you could always count on. Those who knew him wanted to emulate him because of his values and the way he moved in life. Before his passing in February 2020, he wanted to create something that can give back to the community and push the Veteran’s forward, which was why he was such a major component of @hoodlumsandbrigands

Let’s be a hero’s… for at least day, and remember Rod, and support future Gold Star Families in 2021. #BeAHero2021 #RLTMF
